Science is merely a human organon of understanding imposing its will, its alleged rationality and logic, onto a chaotic, meaningless universe, and science’s increasing sophistication, piles of jargon, complex stupor of theories, are not signs of progress, but signs of its reaching its peak. Further peaks may be achieved, albeit with great difficulty and superb brilliance, but there will never be an end to science, because what science achieves as progress is merely to further impose rationality and logic onto something that is simply not rational and not logical. The end of science will come from a newly evolved species, or an alien species from another planet, to whom all the mysteries of the universe will simply be intuitive.
